Introduction to Biblical Leadership
Over the years much time, effort, and study has been invested to the research and investigation on the topic of leadership in order to determine what constitutes Biblical leadership. Numerous investigations have been conducted, but all too often I’m afraid that we have been looking in the wrong textbooks in order to determine this truth. For this reason we (the church) have several different concepts of what a true leader is. In this paper I’ll try to determine from the Book itself what Biblical Leadership is and what it is not.
